I have been using this product for 10 months now 2-3 times a week for 30-45 minute swims. The original H20 buds i bought with the unit were horrible. I had the unit on full blast to hear any music while swimming and they kept falling out. I finally decided to spend the cash and bought the underwater audio headphones for $30.00. These things are night and day compared with the H20 headphones. I have the audio output at 2/3 of max and they stay in the 95% of the time. I might adjust them after the first couple of laps but then they are good to go, and the cord is much shorter. I am not sure why H20 audio has so much cord for underwater headphones. I have had no issues with the waterfi so i have not had the opportunity to deal with the customer service from them. But you need to be careful and keep water out of the inside of the unit where the heaphone jack plugs in. I rinse the unit then let it air dry before removing headphone plug or recharging.
